Born to be a barber? Matthew Scott saw a vision of his career when as a 6th grader he began as a sweeper at Jake’s Place in Prince George’s County. He learned his trade while participating in Suitland High School’s Technical Academy Barbering Program. Matthew was one of two students to receive their Barber’s license at high school graduation.
He interned at Eclipse Barbershop and has worked in a variety of other shops in Prince Georges County.
Matthew is an avid runner and enjoys writing poetry and short stories.
